Saxophonist Kevin Brown: My BIO,...My Testimony
Kevin Brown is a blind, jazz saxophonist... After being born a totally blind individual,...Kevin recieved several operations, which gave him extremely limited sight in his right eye,...until age 35, when he lost his sight perminantly... Kevin says,..."I never thought of myself as being handicapped, or disabled,...I did what ever I thought I could do,...just like everybody else... I grew up in a steel mill town near Pittsburgh,...Clairton,...I have two older brothers, and an older sister,...my brothers cut me no slack!,...LOL We had fun, brawls, and laughs, and cries just like any normal family..." My parents were a great Blessing to me,...They loved one another unconditionally!,...and they loved us just as much... We were taught respect, honesty, integrity,...and to love the Creator,...and cherish all of the Blessings we were provided with..." Kevin started playing the clarinet at age 7,...then switched to the saxophone,...which he took a profound liking, and efficiency to. Kevin attended "Berklee College of Music",...attended for two years... Kevin says,..."At Berklee I learned the facts of life for musicians!,...LOL,...that is to say,...There is always someone who can play it faster, higher, softer, louder, slower, or,...there is always someone better than you!. If you have that kind of ,...I am the best in the entire world attitude,...then you setting yourself up for a very rude awakening!" Kevin says,..."The thing is,...everyone has some kind of talent,...some more,...some less,...but it is talent non the less... When we as a people can come to the realization that we are all on earth together,...we all have a piece of the puzzle, and let The Creator be our guide, then we will solve a host of problems" Kevin went on to become a some what renowned saxophonist,...even though he doesn't think of himself as a "monster musician",...He has developed a very unique style of playing... Kevin has played in many bands,...ranging from his solo performances,...to a 40 piece jazz orchestra. Kevin went out of the country for the first time in 1973,...were he attended a jazz study program sponsored by "Henry Ford Community College",... Kevin says,..."We went to "Montreux Switzerland",...It was like Heaven!... I actually got to play the "Montreux Jazz Festival",...I didn't realize the significance of that opportunity until years later..." Kevin moved to Texas in 1994,...There he met "Long John Hunter",...a renown blues artist... Kevin says,..."Long John is a master at the blues performance,...I learned a lot from him,...mainly to be patient, and let the groove come to you... Long John said,..."You can't rush it,...It will come to you when it's ready,...and,...It is going to take it's good old time" Kevin toured with Long John from 1995 to 1998... Touring some 20 countries,...going to the top of the blues charts for 6 weeks in 1997,...after recording the CD,..."Swinging From The Rafters" You can listen to some of that music by googling "Long John, and The Walking Catfish" Kevin says,..."That time right there was the best, and worst time of my life!,...We thought we were busy before,...but after going to the top of the charts,...Wow!,...We really got busy!...LOL People think of that life style as a big party,...I'm here to tell you, it's not a party!,...it's Work!,...Work!,...and more Work!... I remember Long John,...who was 69 years old at that time,...giving it his all,...If he could give all of what he had,...surely we could do no less!..." Kevin says,..."I learned a serious lesson from that whole experience,...If you want success,...you have to work for it!... It doesn't matter if no one has ever heard of you,...If it is meant to be your calling,...You have to want it despirately!,...scratch for it!,...Cry for it!,...dream about it!,...but most of all,...You must work hard for it..." Kevin says,..."It was the worst time because I found out the hard way,...that international touring is not a profession for a married person,...that is,...if your spouse is not a musician, or performer also... I lost my wife of 17 years shortly after that,...It was very hard on her,...and,...she couldn't stand up under that pressure... Well,...Life goes on,...and another thing is,...There is a sacrifice for all of our actions!... It's sad that I lost my wife,...but I am not going to regret the Blessings that I believe The Creator has given me!..." "We all have decisions to make in our lives,...and, she made hers,...No,...I don't have hard feelings towards her,...She chose to live her life in another way, and direction... That was her choice to make" In time, Kevin developed an interest in the internet, computers, and finally, internet marketing... Being a blind person,...Kevin found it a profound challenge to first learn how to use a computer,...and, then the internet... Kevin says,..."I didn't even know how to turn the darn thing on!,...LOL,...I remember asking my wife at the time,..."where is the power button?,...LOL Then there is the fact that blind people have to use special software called "screen readers",...so they can hear what is going on with the computer, and the internet. That is a huge challenge in it's self!... Let alone the fact that the general public doesn't know what it is like for blind people to use computers, and the internet..." After finally learning what in the world he was doing with the computer,...Kevin set about building his recording studio,..."Curse Buster Sound" Kevin says,..."I always wanted my own recording studio,...with the advent of the internet,...and all of the recording software that is availible today,...It is up to your imagination,...and, of course Your Pocket!,...LOL" You can view Kevins website here: http://cursebustersound.com Kevin has recorded 4 CD's 1. Like Yahweh's Heart 2. Sacrificial Lamb 3. Holy Ground 4. Make The Connection You can hear Kevin's music on his website... http://cursebustersound.com As time progressed,...Kevin finally met Tom Prendergast,...a prominate figure on the internet,...The C.E.O. of "Veretekk" Kevin says,..."I wanted to learn how to build my own websites,...so I went looking for an online class that would teach me the coding to do so... That is when I found this free html class taught by Tom Prendergast,...so I signed up for the class,...but I didn't tell Tom that was blind ,...because I didn't know how he would take that... Anyway,...we had a page to work on,...and Tom would look at peoples pages at random,...LOL One evening he said,...lets look at Kevin's page,...I thought,...Oh My God!... After looking at my page Tome said,...Hmmmmm,...You've got things running into everything,...and your colors are not right,...What's your excuse?,...weren't you paying attention? I said,...Uhhh!,...i'm Uhhhh!,...blind... Tom said,...You're Kidding!,...You're blind?,...I said yes... So after thinking about this for a few seconds,...Tom said to the other people in the class,...Look at this,...Kevin is blind and He did all of this,...all of you have no excuse for not getting this,...LOL" Kevin has been working with Tom Prendergast, and Mike Darling,...The President of "Veretekk",...since 2005... Kevin says,..."This has been a very interesting journey... We have a family here,...we all have some of the same goals, and things in common... I have learned so much from Tom, and Mike... I still play lots of music,...but I relize that I need other sources of income... That is what I am working towards,...To be financial independent. I am so Blessed to have met Tom Prendergast, and Mike Darling,...I feel we are on the road to that goal!..." Kevin says... "There have been major changes in the internet, and internet marketing down through the years,...As things evolve We as a people either change with it, or get lost behind... Our world is not the thing of beauty all of the time,...heck,...not most of the time!... What we do, and think is of extreme importance... We can do somthing,...and, every little bit helps,...or, we can do nothing,...and sit on our butts, and complain... As I was raised from a snotty nosed brat!,...my parents worked hard,...Cried much!,...Did not give up,...so we could have a life,...and a chance to live for the future...They gave up what they could have,...so we could have what we thought we needed... In fact,...My Dad worked for "US Steel" for over 30 years!... The steel mill is extremely hard, and hazardous work!... Then he came home,...and did his part as a husband, and a father,...didn't care how tired he was!..." "Children!,...Hmmmm,...In those days, children were taught respect, honesty, and most of all,...what it means to love yourself, and your family,...and your friends... Somewhere , down the line, we have lost a lot of that!,... This goes to encompass our planet,...If we don't teach respect for ourselves, family, and friends,...then we surely can't have respect for our planet!... We need to stop, and take evaluation of ourselves, our surroundings,...and most of all,...We need to take into account how we treat our children!." It starts with our children,...If we are to make the changes for the better of mankind,...then we need to teach the children!,...We need to help the children!... It's no secret that many of children in todays world are seriously abused!... This is a crying shame!... What in the world are we thinking? They are children,...They are our future,...They will be our saviors when we are old, and withering... " "So,... what are we going to do?,...what are you going to do? I don't know about you,...but I didn't take this long journey of my life to give up... I realize that things happen for reasons,...I realize that my life has come along this path just for what is happening to me at this very moment!..." "It's for the Children!,...That's why I have become a musician,...That is why I have been Blessed to travel the world, and wittness, first hand, what is in this world of ours... That is why I met Tom Prendergast, and Mike Darling... That is why, at this very moment, The Creator has made it possible for us, and You if you choose to get involved, to help the abused, and neglected children of the world!... That's right!,...It's all about The Children... Philanthropic Vortex: Zen in a thimble.
This is a way i use to bring thoughts to the physical world. There are a great many of them, and the better you get at creating them (thinking em up)The easier it will be to find work arounds in the real world, when obstacles and hurtles present themselves. Im not exactly sure of why they work, but they do.Ok, for the first one, take all you money out of your pocket. Now lay it down on a table or something on the other side of the room. Now go find a seat somewhere that still lets you see your money. Now look at that money and try to think of ways to get that money back in your pocket. And you cant get help.List them.Hopefully everybody figured it out. If you are not magic, you gotta get up and go get it. Only way. If you are magic, then you dont need this article, so put it down and call me, imeechatly. Doing This exercise makes you see in the physical world what you think. And from it you should see that the way to get what you want is to go get it, and bring it back to you. the funny thing is you will keep trying to figure out ways to get your money off the table, even though there arent any, its impossible. But the weird thing is that you no longer truly believe it is, yet. Use this exercise a lot and it will get you the answer to some tough questions. Just about everything is possible, till it proves it is not. Sometimes you have to make your thoughts real, envision them in your mind and make them real. Its like wouldnt it be much easier to figure out how to make something if you could see it. I believe that if you can see a thing in detail in your mind, it will give you clues as to how to make it real. Think about it, its corny but it feels right and works. If you keep doing the exercise for different thoughts, you will start giving the impossible the burden of proof. And the more you think ahead the better you know what to expect, and the better you know what to expect the better you deal with the obstacle or hurtle or problem, so don't only think about reacting to hurtles and obstacles, think about attacking them too. That let's you react better in the process also, 2 for the price of one. This really works, give it a try. Philanthropic Vortex http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/f Join The Movement

LIVE WELL
Your Guide to living a Better, Healthier and more Educated Life. DR BECKY'S WELLNESS COLUMN b:smart b:healthy b:hip b:smart -Love Your Liver & Live Longer The liver is one of the most important detoxifying organs in our miraculous bodies. Our large intestine is a conduit for elimination of waste, but the liver is responsible for the breakdown of toxic substances it is the cleanser and !lter for the blood stream. The liver is quite sophisticated and secretes vital digestive juices that help us process and properly absorb essential nutrients. In today's world, our livers are forced into working harder than ever. When the liver is overtaxed, it will greatly impact how you look and feel and have a direct and immediate effect on your overall state of health. A woman walked up to a little old man rocking in a chair on his porch. "I couldn't help noticing how happy you look," she said. "What's your secret for a long happy life?" "I smoke three packs of cigarettes a day," he said. "I also drink a case of whiskey a week, eat fatty over-processed nutritionally de!cient foods, and never exercise." "That's amazing," the woman said. "How old are you?' "Twenty-six," he said. dysfunction, predispose us to nutritional de!ciencies, create hormonal DR BECKY'S WELLNESS COLUMN b:smart b:healthy b:hip Now that joke is funny, but there's a lot of truth to it. Chronic liver diseases and cirrhosis (scarring of the liver) ranks fourth among the leading disease-related cause of death for Americans between the ages of 25 and 44. Since everything we ingest, breathe and absorb through our skin must be re!ned and detoxi!ed by the liver, special attention to cleansing, nutrition and hydration is necessary to keep the liver revitalized. The liver performs many unique and important metabolic tasks as it processes carbohydrates, proteins, fats and minerals to be used in maintaining normal bodily functions. Almost all of the blood that leaves the stomach and intestines must pass through the liver before reaching the rest of the body. The liver is strategically placed to process nutrients and drugs absorbed from the digestive tract into forms that are easier for the rest of the body to use. The liver plays a principle role in removing toxins from the blood whether they are ingested or internally produced. The liver attempts to convert all of these substances into a form that can be easily eliminated from the body. The liver can chemically modify pharmaceuticals, rendering them more or less active. The liver also makes bile, a greenish yellow "uid, which contains detergent-like substances essential for digestion of fats. The liver produces many proteins involved with blood clotting and immune system function. The liver produces certain hormones, manufactures cholesterol and helps with balance of the endocrine system. The liver is a very sophisticated organ and dysfunction of the liver manifests in several ways. Abnormal liver function can lead to the abnormal metabolism of fats, resulting in the elevation of triglyceride and bad cholesterol (LDL) levels and the lowering of the good cholesterol (HDL) levels. Steatohepatitis (fatty deposition within the liver) is quite common and can lead to chronic, irreversible liver damage. Liver dysfunction can also lead to various digestive problems, unstable blood sugar levels, immune dysfunction, nervous system dysfunction and hormonal imbalance. A strong liver equals improved digestion. A strong liver equals better metabolism and fat burning ability. By "ooding the body with all of the trace minerals, amino acids and vitamins that it needs, the now healthier liver can utilize these nutrients better -thus positively impacting health on all levels. A balanced nutritional program with adequate calories, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates can actually help the damaged liver to regenerate new liver cells. In fact, in many liver diseases, nutrition becomes an essential, accepted form of treatment. By helping your liver revitalize, fatigue will become a thing of the past. Healthy brain chemistry becomes part of your future. A healthy liver promotes healthy thyroid function and when the thyroid comes alive your metabolism and energy levels escalate. By helping the liver, a cascade of positive events will take place on an internal level and your body can effectively digest fats and protein and convert these nutrients into healthy brain chemicals. When your brain chemistry is aligned, you will make healthier food selections and you will tend to not overeat or crave nutritionally bankrupt junk food. Your brain will naturally guide your choices and increased energy will manifest into increased cardiovascular support and the urge to exercise. An increase in metabolism will help with our body's natural ability to burn fat and develop lean muscle. The liver has two detoxi!cation pathways called Phase One and Phase Two. The work of each of these phases requires speci!c vitamins and minerals. These vitamins and minerals in turn need other nutrients called phytochemicals and amino acids to help them. During phase one, this pathway converts a toxic chemical to one that is less harmful but free radicals are formed. Free radicals are unstable particles that react with the body and damage the body's cells. If too many free radicals are made, they can hurt the liver cells. In order to eliminate or reduce these free radicals, our bodies need support from food containing high quality antioxidants and phytochemicals. The antioxidants beta-carotene, vitamins C and E, and selenium and many different phytochemicals are found in fruits, vegetables and whole grains. One of the most important antioxidants is an amino acid called glutathione which is produced by the healthy liver. The B vitamins including thiamine (Vitamin B1), ribo"avin (Vitamin B2), nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5), pyridoxine (Vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), folic acid, biotin and inositol are also very important in this Phase One process. DR BECKY'S WELLNESS COLUMN b:smart b:healthy b:hip During phase two the liver adds a substance to the now less harmful toxin making it water-soluble so it can then be moved out of the body via the urine or feces. During this process, the liver requires sulphur containing amino acids and nutrients such as glycine, glutamine, choline and inositol. The cruciferous vegetables, raw garlic and leeks are all excellent sources of natural sulphur and enhance phase two detoxi!cation. By supporting the liver, fat metabolism can occur more readily but if the liver is overburdened and dysfunctional, fatty accumulation can occur within the organ itself. NASH or nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (fatty liver) is becoming more common as the trend of obesity overtakes our society. Many individuals who carry excess visceral fat (protuberant fatty accumulation in the abdominal area) also have a fatty liver. By naturally supporting liver detoxi!cation the liver will restore its fat "ushing abilities aid the body in overall weight control. Supporting these two phases of detoxi!cation gives our body a !ghting chance against all of the chemicals and toxins we are continually bombarded with. Embracing a solid nutritional program will help catapult the liver into optimum performance for years to come. Support your liver and live longer!!!! Here at bHIP we are committed to your well being and many of our products support healthy liver function because they assist in fueling our two main detoxi!cation pathways. Benefits of Stretching
The body is flexible. It is supposed to be flexible. You must be able to bend and reach that something you dropped on the floor. You must be able to zip the back of your favorite dress on your own. You must be able to reach that book you need to read at the top shelf. These are simple activities. Nothing grand about them, you merely stretched out a bit. However, if there are difficulties in doing such simple motions, then you have to stretch your limits. You already need a stretching program. What Is Stretching? Stretching is simply the act of extending to full length the body or simply a part of it. This activity involves straightening or stretching the structure or the limbs. How Does One Do the Stretching? Stretching is fairly easy. As mentioned in the introduction, it is involved in the normal activities. It can be done by any people, regardless of age. However the extent of stretching and flexing differs. The muscles tighten as a person ages. The range of joint movements can be minimized. This can very well obstruct an on-the-go lifestyle. That is why as the person grows older, bending or flexing becomes more limited. This is why stretching regularly, as part of a routine is very important. Simple stretches can be done everyday. It can be incorporated in the lifestyle and the daily activities. It does not require much of your time. Stretching exercises can also be done while training. Actually, stretching is an essential part of any training or sport. It must be done first before anything else. Stretching the body and the limbs is a good preparation for a more rigorous activity. Most athletes would do the sit and reach, wherein they position on the floor, extend their legs and reach the tip of their foot with the tip of their hand. Actually, most trainers actually require their athletes to really do the stretching before playing. There is actually an ideal length of time in stretching. It is best to do it in 10 minutes. This will give the body enough opportunity to move and flex the muscles, thus preparing it for more complicated and strenuous movements. Experts however would frown upon going way beyond 10 minutes. Stretching the exercise to 30 minutes or more will already wear out the body. This will not be favorable if one is preparing for a game. What Are the Benefits of Stretching? 1. Increase the Range of Movement As one constantly do the stretching exercises, the length of the muscles and the tendons are also increased. This will help in increasing the range of your movement. Thus, the limbs and joints will be able to move, way before an injury can take place. You are definitely physically fit. 2. Increased Ability to Perform Skills When you have a wide range of movement, the more you will be able to do more things. For example, you can jump high without feeling any pain when you land back on the floor. This will also help you start a new sport or improve more if you are in one. Stretching in this aspect also allows you to have a more active lifestyle. 3. Injury Prevention One can prevent injury to joints, tendons and muscles with stretching. When the muscles and tendons are well-flexed, they are considered in good working order. This will help in a faster recovery and decreased soreness. The muscles of the body will be able to take more exhausting and rigorous movements with less probability of being injured. 4. Reduce Muscle Tension If the muscles are given their regular exercises and stretching, it is less likely that they will contract. This will definitely relieve you of any muscle pain or problems. 5. Enhance Energy Being able to move more will also give you more energy. Stretching will also help enhance your awareness, like knowing that you have a body that is capable of doing many things. As such, you are going to be more driven to move rather than sulk in the corner. 6. Reduces Cholesterol Research also shows that doing prolonged stretching exercises, like yoga, will help reduce the cholesterol in the body. This of course must be done with a healthy diet at hand. This could prevent and even reverse the hardening of the arteries, allowing you to avoid coronary diseases. Incorporate stretching in your everyday lifestyle. It has benefits you can not say no to. It also does not require much. It can be your usual activities, bending and flexing every now and then. After all, your fitness is everything so do what it takes to keep the body healthy. What is AC-11 AC-11 is a revolutionary advancement in human nutrition and skin care. Derived from the inner bark of Uncaria tomentosa, a vine indigenous to the Amazon rainforest, safe, all-natural AC-11 helps the body to repair DNA damage. The process by which this repair occurs is self-healing and has evolutionary origins. Its proper functioning may be the critical piece to the human health puzzle. Current science confirms that it is unrepaired DNA damage that leads to accelerated aging and an eventual breakdown of the body. Effective both orally and topically, AC-11 begins where the protective benefits of antioxidants end by visibly reducing the adverse effects of aging and by helping to restore healthy cell function. Supported by over 40 peer-reviewed scientific studies, AC-11 works with the body to repair DNA damage caused by over-exposure to the sun and oxidative stress (pollution, etc,). This action helps boost immune function and allows our bodies to perform more efficiently, so that we look and feel youngera perfect solution for inner health and outer beauty! http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/f Cell Basics The human body is made up of trillions of cells, the smallest living biological structures on the planet. The vast majority of cells have specific functions. When combined, they form tissues, and from tissues, the body's organs. Cells conduct the metabolic processes that keep the body alive: they absorb nutrients, generate and transfer energy, and dispose of waste products. The nucleus of the cell works like a central command center and contains DNAthe genetic code that dictates and organizes the body's structure and physiology. Each molecule of DNA is organized in a tight coil around a group of simple proteins forming a chromosome. Normally, a human cell contains 23 pairs of 46 chromosomes. Cells do not live forever; accordingly, they must continually reproduce, or replicate, to keep the body alive. The replication process, called cell division, results in the creation of a new cell that is an exact copy of the parent cell and performs the same functions. In preparation for division, the chromosomes first split into two identical sets and then line up within the cell to separate when the cell divides. http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/f DNA Structure DNA contains the body's entire genetic code, i.e., the information determining everything from eye color and skin tone to body type and gender. When unwound from its characteristic helical shape, each DNA molecule appears as a long, ladder-like structure consisting of two strands connected in between by rungs called nucleobases. The arrangement of these ladder connections causes the DNA to twist. Within the structure of the molecule are four chemical bases that comprise the DNA code. It is the complex sequencing of these bases that records the information needed to form the body's overall genetic blueprint. Cells require energy. Energy sources such as light, food, and oxygen react chemically with cellular structures to provide fuel to sustain the cells. However, the same reactions also create byproducts called free radicals. While free radicals are a natural byproduct of certain metabolic processes, and play a positive role in the body, excessive amounts are known to produce unwanted side effects. In particular, these particles when in excess tend to bombard cellular structures, including DNA. Sometimes they distort or change a part of the DNA strand; sometimes, they break it entirely, in the process weakening or even destroying the biological function of the cell. As the scientific community's understanding of these interactions has grown, the critical link between free radical damage to cells and the aging process has become apparent. http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/f Aging Process The body naturally protects against free radical damage by producing neutralizing antioxidants. Certain foods and dietary supplements, moreover, provide a way to introduce additional antioxidants into the system. Where free radical damage, or a lesion, has occurred to DNA, the body has a limited repair capacity. Specialized proteins scan the DNA to identify and isolate corrupted portions of the genetic code. Minor lesions may be chemically reversed; more extensive damage must be removed. Repair enzymes cut out or excise the damaged area and re-create the discarded section. Together, antioxidants and the cell's internal DNA repair mechanisms work to preserve the integrity of the cell. However, too many free radicals and too much damage over a given period of time can overwhelm these basic mechanisms and cause them to fail. Overload of this type is called oxidative stress. When lesions are left unrepaired, eventually they impair the cell's natural functions, including its self-repair functions. Individual cells damaged by oxidative stress break down and die prematurely. Over time, the body becomes progressively less capable of restoring healthy DNA as the cells continue to replicate in damaged or corrupted form. http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/f DNA Repair Cell division is an important process in the human body. Regeneration resulting from cell division, along with the programmed death of old cells, or apoptosis, allows the body to grow, change, and repair itself. Apoptosis also eliminates abnormal, inefficient cell structures, and maintains basic, healthy biological functions, including proper immune response. Just before division, a parent cell's DNA is fed through a replication bank. A complex protein called helicase unwinds each ladder section of the molecule and breaks the hydrogen bonds between the bases comprising the rungs to create two separate strands. A specialized enzyme then creates something akin to a template on the opposite side of each separated strand. With the template in place, a replication enzyme builds a new strand of DNAcomplete with the damage, if any, contained in the original strand. Finally, the section seals and twist back into its characteristic helical pattern. Section by section, the proteins move down the structure, creating two separate, identical molecules of DNA. http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/f Healing Effects As a result of unrepaired DNA damage that accumulates with age, the body becomes less efficient at basic tasks. For example, damage to the white cells, which form the core of a person's immune system, will increase the body's susceptibility to acute, chronic, and degenerative diseases. Moreover, non-regenerative structures, such as collagen, will begin to deteriorate rapidly and lead to aging the skin and weakening of the joints, bones, and connective tissues. AC-11 is a revolutionary botanical extract that helps repair damage to DNA. This patented compound enhances cellular repair mechanisms to improve the utility and function of organs, muscles, and tissues throughout the body. Topical applications of AC-11 help to repair UV damage, fade discoloration, and ease fine lines and wrinkles. When ingested, this natural supplement also helps to support a healthy response to excess inflammation and encourage collagen production, while simultaneously supporting the immune system. http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/f

Age Gracefully Without The Fountain Of Youth
The search for the fountain of youth has been a quest for many years. Consumers pay millions of dollars every year in hopes of finding the magic solution or remedy to aging. Some people resort to surgery to remain having a youthful appearance. Instead of spending money on the painful and expensive surgery, you can age gracefully with some attention to the needs of your body so you can age naturally and beautifully. Start using sunblock with SPF everyday to prevent sun damage and skin peeling. Use formulated sunblock for your face that allows you to apply makeup over the lotion. Moisturize your skin on daily. The benefits of moisturizers help to hydrate the skin, replenish the skin cells, reduce wrinkles, and create softer skin. There are quality moisturizers on the market that work effectively without the high price associated with many moisturizers. Exercise regularly to improve your health. Base your exercise regimen on your health conditions as you may have limitations. Use stretching exercises if you have difficulties with other forms of exercise. Use yoga and Pilates to increase your joint pliability. Add meditation, yoga, or another stress relieving exercise to your life. When you learn to relax and reduce the stress in your life, you remove the risks of heart disease and stroke. This increases your chances of living longer. Add walking to your exercise program. Walk for thirty minutes four times a week. Buy walking shoes for proper support of your feet and back to lessen the risks of damages and possible injuries. Eat a balance low fat low calorie diet filled with nutrients and antioxidants to help your body keep the youthful skin and buoyancy. Eat foods that contain acai and dark green leafy vegetables that aid the body's natural ability to age gracefully while they help to build your immunity. Limit your intake of fats and sugars with your foods and beverages. Drink water to keep your body hydrated. This action helps boost immune function and allows our bodies to perform more efficiently, so that we look and feel youngera perfect solution for inner health and outer beauty! http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/c Cell Basics The human body is made up of trillions of cells, the smallest living biological structures on the planet. In preparation for division, the chromosomes first split into two identical sets and then line up within the cell to separate when the cell divides. http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/c DNA Structure DNA contains the body's entire genetic code, i.e., the information determining everything from eye color and skin tone to body type and gender. As the scientific community's understanding of these interactions has grown, the critical link between free radical damage to cells and the aging process has become apparent. http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/c Aging Process The body naturally protects against free radical damage by producing neutralizing antioxidants. Over time, the body becomes progressively less capable of restoring healthy DNA as the cells continue to replicate in damaged or corrupted form. http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/c DNA Repair Cell division is an important process in the human body. Section by section, the proteins move down the structure, creating two separate, identical molecules of DNA. http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/c Healing Effects As a result of unrepaired DNA damage that accumulates with age, the body becomes less efficient at basic tasks. When ingested, this natural supplement also helps to support a healthy response to excess inflammation and encourage collagen production, while simultaneously supporting the immune system. http://kevinsonlinemarketing.com/yourls/c
